Return & Refund Policy

As all POV Club products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preferences.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@povclub.in.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
